By using Khio (texting our number or signing up online), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Khio is an AI-powered accountability partner. It interacts with you via SMS to help you achieve your goals.

3. AI Disclaimer (Important)

Khio is an Artificial Intelligence, not a human.

• Not Professional Advice: Khio is not a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Do not use Khio for medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Accuracy: AI models can occasionally produce incorrect or "hallucinated" information. Verify important facts independently.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse the system.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Premium features require a paid subscription. Web purchases are billed through Stripe, while iOS in-app purchases are billed through Apple. You may cancel from the platform where you subscribed. Access continues until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated by that platform.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from the in-app settings. If you purchased through Apple, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription, and you may still need to manage that subscription with Apple directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
